ADP, Inc. is seeking a Talent Service Specialist to support Workforce Now Talent solutions.

The role focuses on Tier I technology support, troubleshooting, and consultative guidance across Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, and Talent Analytics. As part of the Talent Center of Excellence, you will help clients maximize value post-implementation, delivering a world-class service experience through phone, IVR, and service channels.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in client service, HR technology, or SaaS support.
• Experience supporting Workforce Now Talent or HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and client guidance skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound client inquiries via phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Talent modules (Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession, LMS).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues; escalate to Tier II when needed.
• Deliver consultative guidance on Talent processes and best practices.
• Maintain high-quality client experiences and meet service metrics.
