Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Tempe, AZ or Denver, CO. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges.

To thrive, you must build relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicate clearly, and deliver solutions with integrity. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, supporting west coast time zones.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• Five to eight years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote; ability to support west coast time zones
• A college degree is great but not required; other relevant experiences could include Military Experience

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues, set priorities, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate. You will interpret business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
