ADP, Inc. is seeking a Talent Service Specialist - TCOE to serve as a trusted advisor for clients using Workforce Now Talent solutions.

You will provide Tier I technology support, troubleshoot issues, answer Talent-related questions, and deliver consultative guidance across Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning Management (LMS), and Talent Analytics. As a member of the Talent Center of Excellence (TCOE), you will support clients post-implementation to

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in client service, HR technology, HCM, Talent systems or similar roles.
• Experience providing Tier I support, help desk, software troubleshooting or SaaS/HCM support.
• Ability to provide consultative support and explain Talent concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Workforce Now Talent modules (Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, and Analytics).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with timely case resolution; escalate when needed.
• Deliver consultative guidance and best-practice recommendations related to Talent processes.
• Maintain a world-class client experience with responsive service and strong communication.
