Job summary

ADP is seeking a Talent Service Specialist to act as a trusted advisor and main support resource for clients using Workforce Now Talent solutions. You will provide Tier I technology support, troubleshoot client issues, and offer consultative guidance across Talent domains including Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession, LMS, and Analytics.

In the Talent Center of Excellence, you will help clients navigate post-implementation questions, ensuring ongoing value and a world-class

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier I support for SaaS/HCM/Talent platforms.
• Familiarity with Talent processes across Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession, Learning, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for inbound client inquiries through phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Workforce Now Talent modules including Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, and Analytics.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with timely case resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II when appropriate.
