Job summary

Salary placement ranges from $44,283 to $70,367 with a work week Mon–Thu 7:30–5:30 and Fri 7:30–11:30. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in education or counseling and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in education, counseling or related field.
• Experience with federal programs and with low-income, first generation or disabled students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Talent Search services to participants.
• Maintain approachable relationships with participants and school staff.
• Assist participants with navigating educational challenges and developing strategies.
• Advise on academic/career goals and assist with financial aid and scholarship documents.
• Document progress and advocate for disadvantaged students.
