Job summary

Soccer Shots Twin Cities is seeking a Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to attract and hire great coaches and team members. This full-time role focuses on coordinating the hiring process across multiple markets, engaging candidates, and supporting onboarding.

You will manage applications, schedule interviews, and track recruiting metrics using Monday.com and Connecteam. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with applicants throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open positions.
• Proactive and persistent; follows up without waiting for candidates.
• Comfortable making calls, sending texts and emails to applicants.
• Able to learn new software and keep information accurate.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the hiring process: review applications, contact applicants, schedule interviews, and follow up.
• Keep candidates engaged with prompt, professional communication.
• Support hiring across multiple markets by recruiting coaches and staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and collect required documents for new hires.
• Maintain recruiting systems and candidate records using Monday.com, Connecteam, and other tools.
• Track recruiting performance by monitoring applications, interviews, progress, and results.
• Coordinate with leadership and operations to understand staffing needs and fill open positions efficiently.
