Job summary

Soccer Shots Twin Cities is seeking a Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to attract and hire great coaches and team members. This full-time role focuses on coordinating the hiring process across multiple markets, engaging candidates, and supporting onboarding.

You will manage applications, schedule interviews, and track recruiting metrics using Monday.com and Connecteam. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with applicants throughout the day.

Soccer Shots is a leading youth soccer enrichment program that helps children build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and character. As our business continues to grow across multiple markets, we are looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to help us find and hire great coaches and team members.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and attract talent: Find qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Manage the hiring process: Review applications, contact applicants, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and help move applicants through each stage.
• Keep candidates engaged: Communicate promptly and professionally to create a positive candidate experience.
• Support hiring across multiple markets: Help recruit coaches and staff for Soccer Shots and other youth sports programs as the business grows.
• Coordinate onboarding: Collect required documents and help new hires complete onboarding requirements.
• Maintain recruiting systems: Keep candidate records, hiring pipelines, and recruiting tasks organized and up to date using Monday.com, Connecteam, and other tools.
• Track recruiting performance: Monitor applications, interviews, hiring progress, and recruiting results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with operations: Coordinate with leadership and operations teams to understand staffing needs and fill open positions efficiently.

• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but we will also consider candidates with experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, administrative coordination, or other people-focused roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $55,000.
