Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a Recruiting & Talent Coordinator in Austin, TX to help us build great teams of coaches and staff across markets. You’ll manage posting, screening, interviews, onboarding, and candidate engagement using Monday.com and Connecteam, while keeping pipelines organized and timely.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and ensure efficient hiring across multiple markets, delivering a positive candidate experience and contributing to our expanding youth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions.
• Proactive and persistent; you don't wait for candidates to respond before following up.
• Comfortable making calls, sending texts and emails, and speaking with applicants throughout the day.
• Able to learn new software and keep information accurate.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but we will also consider candidates with experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, administrative coordination, or other people-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract talent: Find qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Manage the hiring process: Review applications, contact applicants, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and help move applicants through each stage.
• Keep candidates engaged: Communicate promptly and professionally to create a positive candidate experience.
• Support hiring across multiple markets: Help recruit coaches and staff for Soccer Shots and other youth sports programs as the business grows.
• Coordinate onboarding: Collect required documents and help new hires complete onboarding requirements.
• Maintain recruiting systems: Keep candidate records, hiring pipelines, and recruiting tasks organized and up to date using Monday.com, Connecteam, and other tools.
• Track recruiting performance: Monitor applications, interviews, hiring progress, and recruiting results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with operations: Coordinate with leadership and operations teams to understand staffing needs and fill open positions efficiently.

As our business continues to grow across multiple markets, we are looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to help us find and hire great coaches and team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $55,000.
