Job summary

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Nazareth, PA. This role supports recruiting and onboarding and helps with day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee records.

You will source candidates creatively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and schools, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and assist with new-hire paperwork. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR and/or recruiting experience required.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, LinkedIn recruiting, and proactive candidate outreach strongly preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting cycle, from identifying candidates through offer, hire, and onboarding.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, schools, and industry contacts.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate new-hire paperwork, orientation, onboarding, and first-day readiness.
• Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
