Qualifications

• 5+ years of private accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Thorough understanding of internal accounting controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne Software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate customer billings.
• Maintain accounting system data to ensure invoices are correct.
• Respond to customer questions regarding invoices.
• Keep accounts receivable and customer records up-to-date.
• Process payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Oversee return goods authorization process.
