Job summary

ASGCO engineers, with a strong focus on mining and bulk handling industries, is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Manager in Nazareth, PA. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and drives end-to-end recruitment across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ATS use and candidate sourcing across multiple roles.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruiting experience with multiple searches.
• At least three years of experience in recruiting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience using an ATS to manage requisitions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines via networking, boards, fairs, and outreach.
• Assess candidates and provide clear recommendations to managers.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Support internal mobility and offer coordination with HR partners.
