ASGCO engineers, manufactures and sells a wide array of conveyor components and related solutions. ASGCO has a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager with outstanding interpersonal skills to lead all recruitment efforts and report to the Human Resources Manager.

The role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment, building diverse candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, developing offers, and partnering with managers to implement effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Isolved Recruiting including requisition management, candidate workflows, offer processes, and reporting.
• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and onboarding transition.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and establish recruitment strategies.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, fairs, and outreach.
• Assess candidates against qualifications and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Support internal mobility and coordinate with HR partners and hiring leaders.
• Develop offers aligned with established procedures and parameters.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Use data to monitor pipeline activity, identify barriers, and suggest improvements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely communication and professional follow-through.
• Contribute to process improvements and system optimization.

ASGCO has a great opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Managerwith outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor to join our growing team. Our Talent Acquisition Managerwill be responsible for all recruitment within the organization reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and transition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, establish recruitment strategies, and maintain consistent communication on search progress.
• Develop qualified, diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, professional networks, employee referrals, job boards, career fairs, technical schools / colleges and targeted outreach.
• Assess candidates against established qualifications and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Support internal mobility by helping employees explore opportunities and coordinating with HR partners and hiring leaders.
• Partner with Compensation and HR colleagues to develop offers aligned with established procedures and approved parameters.
• Maintain accurate, timely requisition and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Use recruitment data to monitor pipeline activity, identify barriers, and recommend improvements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and professional follow-through.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements, system optimization, and team initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Isolved Recruiting is strongly preferred,including requisition management, candidate workflows, offer processes, and reporting.
• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates for positions that are challenging to fill.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidate activity, and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, maintain attention to detail, and exercise discretion with confidential information .
• Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting internal mobility, recruitment marketing, and process improvement initiatives.
