WE OFFER:
As a Talent Scout, managing a high-volume requisition load while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be key. This role requires a consultative approach, operational excellence, and adaptability to shifting priorities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing top talent through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
The focus will be on project-based recruiting for nationwide operations, hiring roles such as Caregivers, CNAs, Mental Health Specialists, salaried operational managers, and more. Additionally, the recruitment of hourly positions across the National Central Office (NCO) will be managed, covering departments like Accounting/Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, Talent Development, Risk Management, and Project Management.
Collaboration with HR and operational staff is essential, including providing training on recruitment best practices and compliance while quickly adapting to market and state-specific processes. Assessing candidate viability, negotiating offers, and supporting team training will also be part of the role. Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, will be handled, encompassing both active and passive candidate searches.
This position demands flexibility to work across various time zones, attention to detail, strong decision-making, and the ability to embody Dungarvin's core values of honesty, resilience, and positivity. Close collaboration with hiring managers, HR leadership, and operational staff will be essential to leverage technology, market insights, and recruitment strategies to ensure success.
