We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager for the Missouri-Kansas City or St. Louis market. If you are an experienced HR professional with expertise in training, organizing, auditing, and collaboration, we encourage you to apply!
In this role, you will provide HR services to 10-15 nursing homes across Missouri and Indiana. Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, your focus will include onboarding and orientation, staffing and recruitment, performance management, employee retention, and regulatory compliance. The role requires frequent local travel to support HR functions at assigned facilities.
