Position: Regional Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager for the Missouri-Kansas City or St. Louis market. If you are an experienced HR professional with expertise in training, organizing, auditing, and collaboration, we encourage you to apply!

Position Description

In this role, you will provide HR services to 10-15 nursing homes across Missouri and Indiana. Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, your focus will include onboarding and orientation, staffing and recruitment, performance management, employee retention, and regulatory compliance. The role requires frequent local travel to support HR functions at assigned facilities.

Principal Responsibilities

• Follow, interpret, and enforce HR/Payroll policies and processes as regulated by governing agencies.
• Ensure onboarding and orientation practices are followed, including general and on-the-job training.
• Collaborate with regional consultants to ensure timely completion of interdepartmental and departmental meetings.
• Act as the facility Grievance Officer and partner with the Sr. HR Manager to respond to all concerns.
• Train and ensure all supervisors implement company policies and procedures, including the Personnel Policy Manual, Policies & Procedures, and Employee Handbook.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or changed at any time.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in long-term care is required.
• Human Resources or related certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably supporting clinical and administrative operations.
• Experience supporting multiple job sites through travel.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with excellent attention to detail and ensure timely follow-through.
