Intro

We are looking for someone to join our team to help us find amazing people to fill positions in the teams of our different startups.

Since we are a startup studio, this role revolves around spotting the right talent - the missing pieces of our very dynamic puzzle. It’s an art and a science at the same time.

We are accepting applications for the next two months and we fill the open position as soon as we’ve found the right candidate.

About the Position

Talent Scout

The position is a vital link in our process because you will be connecting the right skills to the work that needs to be done.

These are the most important aspects you’ll be working on:

1. Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
2. Selecting, onboarding, and coaching of new and existing team members
3. Assisting in automating and optimizing steps within the recruitment process
4. Attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Creating job ads and reaching out to candidates proactively
5. Optimizing the recruitment procedures to achieve the best results
6. Identifying (future) hiring needs so that we have the candidates before we need them

Skills

1. You have amazing people skills and can easily spot people’s talents and character traits
2. Your communication skills in English are proficient
3. You are comfortable to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. You are able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals

Experience

1. You may have a recruitment background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
2. You may have experience in performance coaching
