We are seeking a Talent Scout who is passionate about discovering and connecting with top talent through social media and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of social media trends and a knack for identifying standout individuals suitable for our formats. This role is perfect for someone with a natural ability to evaluate potential talent and ensure they meet our technical and creative expectations.

Job responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Backstage, etc.
  2. Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
  3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct screenings to evaluate skills and fit.
  4. Administrative Support: Keep track of candidates using organizational tools.
  5. Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers to align sourcing with project needs.
  6. Brand Representation: Promote our company culture to attract talent.
  7. Profile Matching: Match candidates to project requirements.
  8. Negotiation & Communication: Discuss rates and negotiate terms with creators.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing, preferably in remote settings.
  • Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, VK); excellent communication; ability to assess profiles; strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required.
  • Qualities: Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, able to work under deadlines, committed to company values.
