Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Talent & Rewards Consulting Analyst to join our Career Consulting team in Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; or Nashville, TN. This hybrid role requires three days in office or with clients, offering strong exposure to executive compensation and rewards strategies.

You will conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations for senior project teams, working with Board members and HR leaders across global client assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 1–3 years in consulting or corporate role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design.
• Intellectual curiosity; ability to develop new skills and apply critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on industry and client issues including business strategy, compensation practices, and trends.
• Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions across practices.
• Analyze client information to provide insights for senior project members.
• Participate in team brainstorming to develop client recommendations.
