Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Talent Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume community roles across multiple sites. You will partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, source candidates via job boards, social media, and events, and build robust talent pipelines to support rapid hiring needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 2 years in high-volume recruiting, and a strong sourcing background with ATS/Workday experience.

The Talent Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality front-line team members across assigned communities. What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency or healthcare/senior living environment
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing background, including experience leveraging job boards, social media, networking and recruitment platforms to attract top talent
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a proactive and adaptable approach to overcoming hiring challenges
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines and priorities simultaneously

Pay Range:

64,360.00 - 80,450.00
