You will partner with department leaders to attract qualified candidates and maintain compliant employee records.

The role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and collaboration within a non-profit health and human services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or 5+ years HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting activities including posting, sourcing, screening, and supporting hiring managers.
• Maintain logs and documentation to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Support HR systems such as access/navigation and partner support.
• Participate in community outreach and recruitment initiatives.
• Provide back-up support and assist with HR events and initiatives.
