QPS Employment Group in Racine, WI is seeking a Recruiter to source, interview, and place associate employees with local businesses. You will check references, handle background checks, and maintain close communication with clients and workers to ensure satisfaction.

This permanent full-time role reports to the Branch Manager, follows a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule, and requires flexibility to work 40–45 hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience; staffing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and auto insurance.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, cold calls, referrals.
• Maintain communication with clients and associate employees to keep them updated.
• Interview candidates and conduct background checks.
• Assist with payroll issues and coordinate with clients on hours.
• Provide coaching to associates to ensure job performance and satisfaction.
• Document all applicant and client information accurately.
• Make day-one arrival calls and weekly check-ins.
• Adhere to branch practices to achieve goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
