QPS Employment Group is seeking a Recruiter for our Beaver Dam, WI branch. This internal full-time role focuses on recruiting, interviewing, and placing associates with local businesses. You will also perform employee check-ins at client sites and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Strengths include a passion for growth, adaptability, and a commitment to quality service. The position reports to the Branch Manager, with hours Monday–Friday, 1st shift, and 40–45 hours weekly, with some flexibility

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver''s license, vehicle, auto insurance is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain communication with clients and associate employees to provide updates.
• Conduct interviews and complete background checks for potential candidates.
• Assist with payroll issues, contact clients, and correct hours discrepancies.
