Job summary

Autism Care Partners is hiring a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple centers. You will collaborate with People Operations to attract diverse candidates, manage interviews, and negotiate offers while ensuring HR clearance and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record in high-volume recruiting with a focus on diversity. Travel to events and centers may be required as part of sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• ABA Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across levels.
• Knowledge of Paylocity or similar ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers, HR clearance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines and employer branding.
• Post jobs, source candidates, and build engagement via social channels.
• Maintain and track candidate data using ATS and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and applicable laws.
