Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a small, high-impact recruiting team, champion our employer brand, and design inclusive sourcing strategies. This hybrid role reports to the corporate office in Chicago and requires 2–3 days per week on-site at the Chicago center.

You will collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs, build pipelines, and optimize recruiting processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong retention

Qualifications

• Experience in a competitive talent acquisition environment with a track record of success.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, offers, and employment branding.
• Strong ability to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute The Place’s full talent acquisition strategy across all levels, including recruitment and workforce planning.
• Coach and develop the recruiting team to maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and implement creative sourcing solutions.
• Develop, track, and report recruitment metrics to leadership to measure success and improve processes.
