Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle staffing across a designated region for our mission-driven family of brands.

You will source and build pipelines, partner with schools, share market insights, and deliver a human-centered experience for candidates and hiring leaders, while maintaining strong ATS discipline and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role
