Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, aligning with ACP’s mission and values.

You will build a diverse talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and leverage Paylocity and other tools to enhance an inclusive candidate experience while fostering strong cross-team relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • ABA Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Preference for candidates with ABA experience and/or 1-2 years high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations to identify and attract diverse talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding approvals.
  • Utilize ATS/HRIS (Paylocity) and web-based recruiting tools.

Candidates must live in one of the following states and be willing to commute when needed to one of our centers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont.

What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners:

The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations to identify, attract, and develop a diverse talent pipeline and hire the very best candidates who align with ACP’s mission, vision, values, and workplace culture. The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing, and negotiating offers, up to obtaining HR clearance) of all potential candidates.

  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Understand ACP’s business model, brand, and culture to create best-in-class and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy using a combination of talent branding, external search and postings, direct sourcing, social media, internal talent mining, identifying new talent pools and other relevant methods.
  • Understand recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and partnering with managers to discuss needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (Paylocity) and web-based recruiting tools.
  • Proactively, search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as: job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining, events, career fairs, college events and referrals, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Actively post on social media and job relevant groups to gain candidate’s attention and build pipelines
  • Review applications and coordinate interviews/screens.
  • Facilitate and execute full cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation), and collaborate with People Operations during the onboarding process of new candidates - up to HR clearance.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Develops rapport with local candidates and networks to foster long-term relationships for future openings.?
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to give and receive feedback on the interview and recruiting process.? Builds applicant pipeline by researching and contacting candidates via various sourcing methods and platforms.
  • Develop clear and effective communication of Autism Care Partner and ACP Early Intervention’s value proposition
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal teams to ensure achievement of staffing goals.?
  • Manage the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes?
  • Maintain a lead database?
  • Act as a mentor to new hires and other junior/recruiters?
  • Act as a role model for team. Lead by example.?
  • Present “out of the box” ideas to supervisor to address hiring deficiencies
  • Participate in weekly Recruiting meeting and report out on all previous week’s recruiting activity.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).?
  • Maintains and tracks data using Microsoft Excel, ATS and other platforms deemed necessary
  • Hiring in all markets, for all roles, as needed to support team
  • Ensure processes comply with EEO and other federal, state and local employment laws
  • Travel to college/university events, centers, community events, conferences and other events required.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
  • ABA Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with ABA experience, ABA Recruiting experience and/or 1 - 2 years high volume recruiting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to track multiple projects/tasks, and follow through as needed.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team member as well as perform independently.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple issues.
  • Must be detail-oriented; able to work independently in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS; Paylocity (preferred).
