Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a Recruiter to partner with multiple teams and bridge department needs with the broader company. You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, source candidates through job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn, review resumes, and schedule interviews, with a focus on diversity initiatives and candidate experience.

The role can be based in New York or Los Angeles, with a total compensation baseline in the base salary range and comprehensive benefits including 401k with match and health

Qualifications

• 2–4 years recruitment or sourcing within advertising/marketing/PR/media.
• Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages recruiting processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring.
• Source prospective candidates using job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn.
• Review and sort resumes, identify qualified talent and schedule candidates.
• Identify diversity initiatives using job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communications.
• Assist with building hiring processes that provide equal opportunities.
