Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a recruiter to partner across departments and drive talent acquisition for its fast-paced media and creative teams. You will source, screen, and hire candidates, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and inclusive processes.

Base responsibilities include coordinating with hiring leaders, managing processes end-to-end, and maintaining high standards in a dynamic environment. Location options include New York or Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years recruitment or sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, media.
• Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages recruiting processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring
• Source prospective candidates for open positions using job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn.
• Review and sort incoming resumes, identify qualified talent and schedule candidates.
• Identify diversity initiatives using job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Manage candidate experience; guide candidates through recruiting lifecycle with timely communications.
• Assist with building hiring processes that provide equal opportunities to all candidates

Required Skills/Experience

• 2-4 years recruitment or Sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, Media industry
• Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional integrity, self-motivated and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High caliber to be organized and detail-oriented is a must.
• Experience in creative and production roles a plus!

**This role can be based in New York or Los Angeles**
