Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in New York or Los Angeles. You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, source candidates through job boards, ATS (Greenhouse), and LinkedIn, and partner with advertising, marketing, and media teams to fill roles.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in recruitment or sourcing within the advertising/marketing/PR/media space, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years recruitment or sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, Media industry
• Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional integrity, self-motivated and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High caliber to be organized and detail-oriented is a must
• Experience in creative and production roles a plus

Responsibilities
