Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Talent Readiness to lead a team of consultants within the Defense Systems’ Organization Effectiveness group. You will assess talent needs, develop roadmaps, and partner with HR to execute strategies that strengthen the talent pipeline across multiple locations including McLean, VA and Huntsville, AL.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing learning to enable business strategy and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; 8+ years exp would be acceptable.
• Proven leadership to drive team performance and engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Talent Management consultants to assess sector talent needs.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to execute enterprise talent & OE strategies.
• Apply data analytics to inform talent decisions and actions.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for talent development and readiness.
