You will partner with HR peers and senior leaders to drive talent strategy, develop long-range roadmaps, and apply change-management practices to ensure adoption of OE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in HR or related field, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Excellent leadership to drive team performance and employee experience.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and influence talent strategy.
• Experience leading talent management programs aligned to business goals.
• Data-driven approach to assess talent needs and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management consultants to assess sector talent pipeline gaps.
• Develop and execute a long-term talent roadmap with HRBP and leaders.
• Collaborate with enterprise talent teams to shape strategy.
• Drive learning and adoption of talent management best practices.
• Apply change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption.
