Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Manager Talent Readiness to lead a team of Talent Management consultants within the OE group. The role focuses on strengthening the sector’s talent pipeline, aligning with the enterprise strategy, and guiding development of leaders and teams.

You will partner with HR and senior leaders to implement data-driven talent solutions, manage development plans, and drive organizational effectiveness across programs in the DS sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of relevant HR experience or Master’s plus 6+ years.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive team performance and positive employee experience.
• Experience leading talent management programs and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing team of Talent Management consultants to address sector talent gaps.
• Liaise with the enterprise talent team to shape strategy and implement programs.
• Drive learning and adoption of talent management best practices to enable business strategy.
• Assess talent needs and skill gaps using a data-driven approach.
• Develop and execute roadmaps with HR Partners and senior leaders.
• Collaborate on sector talent strategy and coordinate with client organizations.
• Partner with sector HR to identify high-potential talent and develop plans.
• Lead talent management and OE processes aligned with enterprise strategy.
