Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to drive enterprise talent readiness and succession planning, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen leadership pipelines and ensure strategic talent planning.

The role focuses on data-informed decisions and effective collaboration across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, you will develop and implement strategies, support enterprise reviews, and enable high-quality talent management practices across

Qualifications

Experience in talent management processes, including succession planning and development strategies.
Experience leading projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams and managing change.
Ability to work with sensitive information and exercise sound judgment.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise talent management strategies, with focus on succession planning, talent planning, and performance management.
Coordinate and facilitate enterprise Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) processes with OE and Talent teams; prepare materials and data.
Support evolution of talent readiness practices using tools and analytics; create training resources for managers.
