Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (DS) is seeking a Manager Talent Readiness to lead an OE-focused team within the DS Human Resources Organization Effectiveness group. The role centers on assessing evolving sector talent needs and strengthening the talent pipeline through consulting and program management.

You will partner with sector HR and senior leaders to deliver a long-term talent roadmap, improve leader readiness, and drive adoption of best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with substantial HR/Org Effectiveness experience.
• Experience leading talent management programs aligned with business strategy.
• Experience using data to assess talent needs and design solutions.
• Experience facilitating succession and transition planning.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing team of Talent Management consultants to assess and address sector talent gaps.
• Act as a liaison to the enterprise talent team to shape company strategy and programs.
• Drive learning adoption of talent management best practices to enable business strategy.
• Assess talent needs and skill gaps using a data-driven approach.
• Develop and execute a long-term talent roadmap with HR partners and senior leaders.
• Lead sector talent and OE projects with defined scope and milestones.
• Identify high-potential talent and manage development plans for readiness and transitions.
• Apply change management methodologies to support OE solutions adoption.
