Qualifications

• Experience supporting or facilitating talent management processes, including succession planning and development strategies.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams, influencing/managing organizational change, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Process Development and Execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate aspects of the annual enterprise Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) process with OE and Talent teams.
• Analyze internal talent data to identify gaps, trends, and translate insights into actions.
• Develop training tools and resources to build capability for managers on succession planning and development strategies.
• Promote enterprise-wide utilization of succession planning and performance management processes.
