Job summary

TechPoint, based in Indianapolis, seeks a full-time Manager of Talent Programs to own the student experience for our national talent programs (Xtern Summer & Xtern Challenge). You will manage program delivery end-to-end in a small organization, modeling values of gratitude, inclusion, grit, investment, and growth.

You will work closely with the Senior Director of Talent Program Operations and the Director of Workforce Partnerships, coordinating with employers and regional partners to shape early

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience running programs, events, or student-facing experiences with ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams on deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends during summer programs and to travel across Indiana.
• Proficient in office productivity tools (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).

Responsibilities

• Build an engaged talent community across Indiana campuses via fairs, visits, and Faculty/career services relationships.
• Sustain year-round student engagement between program cycles.
• Collaborate with Marketing to grow TechPoint's front door and reach the right students.
• Maintain relationships with alumni to keep them connected to TechPoint.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for students navigating early tech careers in Indiana.
