Responsibilities

• Own execution for performance management moments across the year.
• Maintain core People programs between cycles.
• Facilitate company onboarding.
• Conduct exit interviews and synthesize trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking program health.
• Partner closely with Talent Management and People Partner teams.
