Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Talent Management Senior Advisor to lead talent planning and performance management across the enterprise. You will collaborate with OU senior leadership, HR COEs, HRBPs, and external resources to elevate talent management capabilities, lead talent reviews, and drive development for high-potential leaders.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience in talent management, including capability assessment and succession planning.
Experience planning and facilitating talent reviews and development processes.
Experience with SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (succession, performance, development, goal management).

Responsibilities

Collaborates with HR business partners and senior leadership to address skill shortages, talent risks, and capability gaps across the organization.
Identifies critical talent gaps and develops plans to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees in key roles.
Develops and communicates talent management policies to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
