Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an IT Solutions Planning, Senior Advisor to lead strategic technology planning, portfolio management, and investment prioritization. You will align business objectives with enterprise tech outcomes, build roadmaps, and guide high-value investments in a hybrid work model from Rosemead, CA.

You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to evaluate demand, develop business cases, and drive multi-year technology

Formación

• Ten or more years delivering tecnologia solutions driving business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Eight+ years partnering with solution architecture, business stakeholders, and tech teams to define and deliver enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum for product, portfolio and strategic planning.
• Experience building business cases, dashboards, metrics, and executive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Guides long-range planning of business capabilities and outcomes; solicits requirements; develops business cases.
• Leads portfolio activities for technology planning including demand, delivery, and support.
• Solicits requirements from stakeholders for high-value tech investments.
• Analyzes processes and plans solutions to address business needs and creates business cases.
• Optimizes IT demand by bundling value streams and resolving conflicts.
• Maintains strategic view of business and tech outcomes; documents total cost of ownership.
• Provides input to project documentation including charter, BRD, test plans.
• Advises on asset lifecycle from inception to retirement.
• Position involves safeguarding sensitive data and adhering to security standards.
