Job summary

RoboStrategy Advisors, a Nasdaq-listed investment advisor, seeks a Head of Talent & People to lead recruiting and own the people function for a remote, fast-growing team across investment, research, distribution, compliance, marketing and operations.

You will run searches directly or via trusted partners, build the sourcing engine, manage payroll, benefits, compensation design and culture, and ensure regulatory alignment for a US-based fund and its portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with hands-on people ops duties.
• Experience recruiting for asset management or investment firms preferred.
• Familiarity with US employment law and compliance for funds.
• Proven track record of building scalable talent functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all recruiting across the firm, including via external partners.
• Own payroll, benefits, HR systems, onboarding, and culture for a remote team.
• Design compensation and performance frameworks with leadership.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across jurisdictions.
