Job summary

RoboStrategy is seeking a Head of Capital Formation to lead fundraising for the firm, directing distribution to RIAs, private wealth and institutional investors. You will oversee the sales teams, external partners, and strategic channels to grow a stable, high‑quality shareholder base.

You will report to the CEO and COO, build a scalable distribution platform, and drive measurable capital inflows, leveraging an AI‑driven approach across research, coverage, and sales processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of capital raising in senior leadership roles.
• Experience raising for publicly listed funds (ETFs, closed-end funds, BDCs, listed trusts).
• Verifiable record of capital raised with measurable outcomes and personal contribution.
• Extensive wealth distribution and institutional sales experience.
• Direct experience leading national accounts and broker-dealer platforms.
• FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 required; strong compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own capital formation; set fundraising strategy across wealth and institutional channels.
• Manage key relationships with major investors and open new channels for growth.
• Build and lead distribution and institutional sales teams; direct external partners.
• Oversee sales infrastructure including CRM, investor segmentation, and pipeline reporting.
• Shape market narrative; partner with leadership and marketing to position the fund.
