Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
• Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of recruitment, screening, interviewing and referral processes.
• Knowledge of HR processes and forms and organizational/principles.
• Collaboration with other HR areas related to employment function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for needs assessment and candidate selection.
• Ability to identify problems and develop staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends candidates for all levels of positions.
• Collaborates with business units and HR on staffing needs.
• Supports manager and team on projects related to information management and department innovation.
• Engages in networking and outreach to build a qualified applicant pool.
• Resolves employment issues using seasoned employment practices and policies.
• Ensures sourcing and recruitment comply with federal/state laws and policies.
