Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for service technician roles across multiple locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract diesel, heavy equipment, and advanced technician talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (active and passive).
• Serve as SME on technician hiring trends and competitive intelligence; collaborate with leadership to prioritize hiring needs.
