Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical school completion required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Certifications (CSP, LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for service technician roles across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for diesel and heavy equipment technicians.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Partner with service leadership to prioritize hiring needs.
• Own ThinkBIG pipeline strategy and partnerships with schools.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve hiring processes.
