Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Talent Partner to join our global People team in Chicago. You will partner with managers to shape organizational design, coach leaders, and drive people initiatives that enable business growth.

Reporting to the Global Talent Partner Lead, you will collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HRIS teams to deliver HR programs, support policy implementation, and build lasting relationships across US HQ and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR role across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation or organizational design.
• Excellent communication and ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on organizational structure, performance, compensation, and people issues.
• Drive employee development, career coaching, and bi-annual feedback cycles.
• Address employee relations and ensure compliance within the business area.
• Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams on talent programs.
