Axiom is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our global People team. Based in Belfast, this remote role partners with managers to shape people strategy, rollout org structures, and coach teams across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

Reporting to the Global Talent Partner Lead, you will handle performance management, employee relations, compensation considerations, diversity and inclusion, and drive data-driven people initiatives while building strong relationships with leaders and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
• Working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and leaders on people needs, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Oversee employee relations, development, and career coaching from hire to retirement.
• Resolve employee relations issues with guidance on development and goals.
• Upskill managers and serve as HR issue contact, escalating when needed.
• Help develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver HR programs across the business.
