Job summary

Elsevier seeks an experienced General HR Business Partner to partner with leaders and teams in delivering people-focused solutions that align with business objectives. You will guide talent growth, engagement, and inclusive culture across the organization, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and mobility.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Benefits and Payroll to drive HR initiatives, coach leaders, and steward succession planning

Qualifications

• Have solid experience as a General HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, and Employee Relations to align goals.
• Drive and support initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive community.
• Develop and support HR-related strategies that align with Elsevier's people strategy and priorities.
• Serve as a consultative business partner advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders.
• Organize and facilitate the Talent Review process ensuring effective succession planning.
