Job summary

BRC (formerly Buckhead Recruiting Company) is seeking a Talent Partner in Houston with 2–4 years of recruiting experience to own full-cycle recruiting, manage multiple searches, and move candidates through the hiring process.

You will work with leadership, partner with clients, and drive searches from kickoff to offer. The role offers ownership and growth with a smaller, ambitious firm in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of agency recruiting or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and place professional talent.
• Experience recruiting sales, GTM, or other revenue-generating roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from kickoff through placement.
• Build talent pipelines across GTM functions.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate interviews and assessments.
• Present qualified candidates with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and closing conversations.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships and manage multiple searches.
