Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting agency experience.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and focused on delivering the best experience to clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for open job opportunities using our sourcing tech and databases.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities; partner with clients as trusted hiring resource.
• Manage all parts of the recruiting process: sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, offers, and follow-up.
• Develop a pipeline of quality candidate relationships and maintain contact with passive candidates.
