Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company (AIUC) is seeking a Talent Partner to own the full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of non-technical roles, helping shape how we source and assess candidates while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.

You’ll partner with the founding team to define role requirements, build sourcing plays, and ensure AIUC’s reputation as an employer of choice in a fast-moving, frontier AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology, with a focus on early-stage GTM hires, senior operators, and candidates from consulting, banking, or VC backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication; able to convey AIUC's mission to diverse candidates and roles.
• Comfortable managing high volume and complexity without sacrificing quality.
• A builder's mindset to create a non-technical hiring playbook and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across non-technical roles, from role intake and calibration through sourcing, outreach, screening, process management, offer strategy, close, and candidate experience.
• Partner with the founding team to define role requirements, set hiring strategy, and build sourcing plays including market mapping and talent pools.
• Design and manage candidate pipelines with a high-touch experience so candidates leave the process feeling positive about AIUC.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams with candidate and market insights, benchmarks, data-driven recommendations, and ownership of the assessment process.
• Represent AIUC externally as the first contact to candidates, shaping the employer brand.
