IdeaTek in Buhler, KS is actively seeking an experienced recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across all business units. You will partner with company leaders to align recruiting strategies with growth goals, champion our employer brand, and represent IdeaTek at career fairs and events.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting, proficiency with ATS (Paylocity a plus), and willingness to travel to event sites and expansion locations, including Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with ATS—Paylocity a plus.
• Willingness to travel to event sites, regional offices, and expansion locations (e.g., Tucson, AZ).

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Talent Acquisition: manage full-cycle recruitment across all business units.
• Partner with Leadership: advise managers and align talent strategies with business goals and culture.
• Develop Internal Talent & Culture: champion engagement, retention, and career progression.
• Champion our Employer Brand: represent IdeaTek at career fairs and events with strong candidate pipelines.
• Track & Develop Key Measures: monitor ROI, conversion, and hires to optimize outreach.
